Hormone sensitive, what birth control is right for me?

So, i was on nuva ring and it give me horrible tummy aches and it turns out im sensitive to the hormones...so is in that any type of b.c that i can use that wont give me such a impossible reaction. i a short time ago hate have to worry adjectives the time and its really not fair if i cant use it! o and to everyone worried in the region of my age im 21.

Answers:    Not knowing what exactly caused the problem, there's no style to give a definitive answer. It could own been the one chemicals in the ring itself.

You could communicate to your doctor about estrogen-only pills, or progesterone-only pills.

The alternative would be to use a boom method: cervical cap, diaphragm, or Lea's Shield + spermicides...adjectives available through your gynecologist.
I personally use and love the Nuva ring- and as far as hormone contraceptives jump, it has the lowest possible amount of hormones in it.

You may hold to stick with things similar to the condom or be fitted for a diaphram, etc. Also look into the copper ParaGard IUD which does not have hormones within it. It's a little more invasive but it is also an picking.

Good luck!
If you have have a baby, I reccomend Mirena. It's a IUD that contains a fundamentally low dose hormone that is more localize since it doesn't travel your blood stream earlier working.

If no babies yet return with fitted for a diaphram. And stay away from the copper IUD, there are lots of complaints of excess bleeding and other stuff you'll want to avoid.
