Does anyone have ay direction on how to lose weight when you enjoy PCOS?
I hardley ever munch through usually one meal a year which i know is bad i obligation to eat more than what i do but im never really hungery.
I hold tried several different diets and when i start following the plan i gain weight.
I do excercise although i should probally excercise more?
What i really would resembling to know is there anyone who have PCOS(poly cystic ovarian syndrome) that has successfully lost mass if so how did you do it?

Sorry about the innocent responses you've gotten. I hate that. Anyway...the first significant thing to relief is to treat your PCOS the correct way. You should be taking an insulin sensitizing med (usually metformin). If you aren't...ask your doctor for it. If you are already on it, my guess would be that you might requirement a higher dose (the recommended dose is 1500-2550mg per day). Once you find that taken care of...it's VERY central to eat several small meal. This will help next to the nasty side effects of met., as okay as with losing bulk. It will also help your metabolism. When you do chomp through, eat a protein near any carb that you do eat (a piece of string cheese and an apple, or 10 almonds and some grapes). You can guzzle 5 or 6 of these meals a daytime. This is more important than you might realize.

As for exercising: I suggest a plan similar to this: walking on treadmill at least 4 days a week (this is your cardio--more going on for this in a minute). Every other afternoon (or at least 3 times a week and never do two days within a row) work out with weights. Make sure you hit every central muscle group: legs, shoulders, back, arms, and abs.
One VERY celebrated thing give or take a few your cardio workout is this: If your heart rate is not in the right spot..consequently your cardio workout is practically pointless. It's important to digit out your anabolic heart rate (this is what your heart rate is when you are beginning to discern out of breath). You should be able to hold on a conversation while doing your cardio...if you are panting and breathing heavily...it's too much. If you are not breaking a sweat..it's not enough. I don't know that having PCOS is a function for gaining substance. Like the entity above not a lot of family know the symptoms of PCOS and you basically stated most of them. I be diagnosed at 16 and I went to 3 different doctors, they didn't know much around it except for me to go on birth control to regulate my length. My new doctor described to me that my body is insulin resistant and i.e. the reason for my counterbalance gain (yes it's associated with PCOS). Your body could most potential be insulin resistant and even though you diet and exercise it may not be enough. You may inevitability to speak with your doctor in the order of Metformin which may help next to losing weight, but the truth is, it doesn't work for adjectives people. Also stick to a low carb/diabetic diet which may also sustain too. I'm going to be seeing a Nutritionist which will help me take home food choices to go beside my body better. I hope this helps. Oh and if you enjoy the other symptoms involved go to a Dermatologist so that you can go and get medication for some of your symptoms.- And again what's the best protection to not have babies? condoms are enough?
