Well I be on the patch and got pregnant. I enjoy been using Nuva Ring since the birth or my daughter (over 2 years ago) and LOVE it!
The patch also cause several hormone problems for me. If you are not pregnant, talk to your doctor going on for alternative BC. The Nuva Ring is easier then the patch.
