when u first get ur period it can be a bit unexpexted. it ca be 1 day or 10 days. it can be light or starchy.i had a home bball game and we be wareing withe unfiorms. that day my period be so heavy it wasnt funny. so at a time out we gather around ur coach and when we sit down my mom asked me if i was having my time , CAUSE IT WAS GOING THROUGH MY SHORTS! i was soo upset cause i deliberate this cute guy in at my school saw it!
but i recomend u conversion ur pad quit frequently !

you should change your pad about three time during school so you dont enjoy a accident. also DNT WERA WHIT PANTS OR SHORTS! total NO NO!!their is a good net site called www.beinggirl.com
