Periods every other week - heart burn - severe back spasm - joint distress?

I'm 38 and have other been an every 28 hours of daylight kind of girl. Since March 23, I've have my period 4 times! I am have it every other week!! After period number 2, I go to my gyn and she said it was probably a cyst that burst and I be having break through bleeding. But since i saw her 3 weeks ago, I hold now have my period two more times. I WILL be calling her tomorrow. But for very soon...... WHAT'S WRONG? :-)
I have have severe lower back cramp for a few months now. NOW my irregular interval. For the past 4 days i've started have severe heartburn (have it right now as i type). My joint are now hurting also. I am sentiment nauseaus off and on. Oh.chance smells too.
Any pointers on where to look online for info?
