I heard that Beyonce lost 20 pounds within two weeks for dream girls by drinking only wet mixed with maple syrup, cayenne pepper and lemon. It's supposed to be some sympathetic of cleanse...when i try to slim down, i just put away fruit and drink water next to lemon for 3 or 4 days. I'll exercise hard too. Its probably discouraging for you but it works.just excercise alot and don't eat alot
Well we supposed to loose 2 pounds per week, but if you want to loose 20 pounds increase your exercise time and eat smaller amount, drink more water, and do more and more exercise.
