Ive been taking the pill for in the region of 3yrs now and ive lately started running, my period started hasty even though i had not finished the pack, is running and exercise the end in? Ive heard that trauma to the uterus can motive this? Ive done a preg test so it cant be that, and i dont sleep around to entrap std's - ive been married for 4yrs!! Any clues?

The combined pill (21 days consequently 7 days break) you normally merely get your time during your 7 days free. But with the mini pill (taken continously) you can spot throughout.
