Lower abdominal anguish - reproductive organs?

Ive been surrounded by and out of the doctors for 2 weeks with no answers as to what is cause pain contained by my uterus and falopin tubes.

It feels close to some one is pulling barbed wire thru me. Ive have pap smears and a pelvic ultra sound next to no answers. All the Doctor could tell me be that I have a backwards uterus(which runs contained by the family) and my tubes ovaries ar dormant due to the contraceptive injection but this shouldnt be causing the dull pain.

what is going on?

Should I seek a second assessment?

I would definitely desire a second opinion. DO NOT permit them talk you into have a hysterectomy. I had a tilted uterus supposedly cause back discomfort and had a hysterectomy. I'm 52 and still regret it.I still enjoy terrible posterior pain after 20 years. I construe I would check into the side effects of the contraceptive you are on. Then seek a 2nd view. Good luck!
