I go to see a Naturepath, My Naturepath gave me a in good health version of birthcontrol for pms problems I be having. You do enjoy to pay for out of pocket, but it is worth it. I am immediately getting less migraines, and shorter period as well. Most strength insurances do not pay for Naturepath's. But this is really the one and only way to stir to get a shorter extent. Unless you want to have a improved lifestyle.

ps - If you know you can get shorter period with out birth control, next why are you asking the question?
