Not usually. As long as you return with yourself treated and you continue to monitor your condition through quarterly pap smears, you should be fine.
If you own the dysplasia treated, like beside cryotherapy, then near is no reason to believe that a pregancy is a risk. I deliver C section masses years after a dysplastic cells diagnosis. My cervix didn't fully dialate but to be exact not that uncommon.
