Are follicular cysts disolavilble?

Yes most ovarian cysts disolve on their own. However, sometimes depending on the size of the cyst it will be watch closely to be sure that it doesn't twist and strangulate(?- i reflect on that's the right word), and/or rupture. 2.7 cms is not really that large of a cyst, so you should be okay. I have a 6.4cm cyst on my left ovary when i found out that i be pregnant with my first son. They watch it because of the size, but it did indeed dissolve by itself. Does that help?
