Lower abdominal agony...?

Hi,
I have be having anguish in my lower tummy (pelvic area) lately, and would like to know if anyone have any idea what it could be? Sometimes it is a really sharp distress that almost feels resembling it is inside my vagina; other times it is a more general cramping opinion that is not of late in the pelvic nouns, but up the sides of my abdomen as very well. I used to have lots of misery in my sides and be tested for kidney issues, but everything came up fine. The dull pain comes and goes; some days I own it, some days I don't. There are really no other significant symptoms (no painful sex or urination, discharge, etc.) and would similar to to know if anyone has experience this and what it be they had, as resourcefully as treatment. I just started my spell, so I can't go to the doctors for a pelvic exam right presently, so any ideas would aid for now. Thanks contained by advance.
