How to lose?
How do i lose 20lbs from now to August! i am 13 4 10 and 131lds!! i have need of your help in a minute please!!

Just exersize regularly and chomp through right...don't eat cast-offs food and stuff but don't go approaching on a crash diet or somthing.just b safe and sound in it. do lots of cardo approaching running, dancing, basketball, hop rope, etc. something that will get your heart pumping faster. this help the lbs to come off quicker. be sure to thaw out up before doing stuff or you could achieve hurt. aerobics also are great. one thing that i enjoy found that may sound abnormal is YOGA! it is GREAT for becoming more flexible, and seriously, i went from 167 to 140 contained by a matter of weeks. its amazing. you should really work easier said than done and drink LOTS of water so you can vacate your body out when you need to
