Stomach Problems?

I had a horrible sour stomach and cramps lastnight,and it still hurts presently. Not real unpromising though. And i just go to the rest room and it was diareahh and it looked somewhat bloody? my stomach is making gurgling noises also.
what is adjectives this?

sounds similar to you have a virus. Are you sure it be bloody? It's possible the diarrhea looked just the right color to be confusing.
Bloody stool from a GI bleed would be horribly smelly.
