Side-Effects of taking Anti-Depressants?
I know this sounds weird but put your chief into a sink of ice sea. It causes the blood vessel to dilate making the headache disappear.
i get super strong migranes to the point where on earth i need to be contained by a dark room, beside no sound. it really sounds approaching you need Zomig : a medication used specifically for migranes...or an MRI even though they are really expensive. move about back to your doctor and communicate it over and ask about Zomig. if you start to obtain migranes more and more, your body will get used to the dosages of the zomig and ibeuprofen-but you can other get a highly developed dosaged pill...and it works wonders!
Is it normal to start your spell during your third week of your birth control pack?
Have your doctor do more test to trade name sure is just migraines. And you should be avoiding some food, I'm not sure which ones are but cheese is one of them. Tension or stress can impart you headaches. Are your headache in the front in close proximity the eyes or to the sides of the eyes. that is usually where on earth it hurts for migraines in the frontal lobes if its in the back it could be stiffness headaches. It does clutch sometime for migraines to go awayi feel for you because I get them also.
It's very firm to get rid of them, so purely hang surrounded by there until
the stomach-ache is gone.
Try very rugged to learn what your triggers are; chocolate,
nuts, untouched onions, etc. Then avoid them entirely. Alcohol
is a trigger also.
Keep with the topamax and ask your dr for a triptan
taste or two. they stop the pain inside a few hours.
They are very expensive but I don`t know your insurance covers
them, or you can get adequate samples from your dr.
I steal Amerge and it works for me.
Good luck.
I take about 2 migraines a week, and a really discouraging one about once a month and am hospitalized nearly 2 or three times a year. I use a variety of medication, starting with Excedrin Migraine. These didn't work until I stopped drinking coffee and tea (which be hell at first). When those don't work (I take two) I step on to Zomig, which is great. If that doesn't work and I haven't started to vomit I take a gravol and demerol mix. If I achieve to the point where I haven't taken a zomig and have started to vomit I take an injection of DHE (dihydroergotamine) subcutaneously that I self administer. You CANNOT take DHE and Zomig - so once you've taken the Zomig you can't relapse... I also try to stay away from nitrates (fast food, MSG, processed food), no alcohol (although hard alcohol seem to work better if I HAVE to drink for some reason, wine and beer are deadly). One problem near the demerol/morphine route is that they often trigger a cycle. In Canada (well BC) the will not grant you anything but their migraine cocktail if you go to emergency. If you want to know what explicitly let me know, it does lead to anxiety which also needs to be treated, but it does work... hope this help, Rob
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
close to eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reason
like commander injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have hurtful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at
