Till they are done! and then they can be tender every month too. It can be a long process. Take some ibuprofen or something similar to that if its painful and lately wait it out.

well they will hurt other when they get bumped...especially when PMSing... and they will hurt extra till you are done developing...and it take 2-6 years to fully develop them- Ugh- what is this?
