Is aquasize good for counterbalance loss?

I love water and i be wonderin if aquasize was righteous for weight loss? If yes what is a right way to shift about it?

Yes aquasize is a great passageway to lose weight. The body doesn't bring back strained as in regular aerobics because of the bouyancy (sp?) of the body in water. Find some aerobic exercises you close to and simply repeat them in the hose down...or just start walking around the pool and slowly increase step then pick up your knees, you can do kick then final to walking for a lap or two consequently turn around and walk backwards, add on in your arms for extra muscle building.any movements really will do and you will soon see results. Just don't overdue at first and be sure to check next to a doctor especially if you have any strength problems or are significantly overweight just to be sure.

I would recommend aquasize for older ancestors that cannot physically do high impact cardio anymore, or for relatives with severe injuries/disabilities.
