How many sit-ups and push-ups should i do a light of day to keep athletic?

i do 10 push-ups and 20 sit-ups as well as partly an hour on the exercise bike? how am i going? is tis enough exercise for in the future? i'm starting to eat smaller number because i need to lose consignment. lots of weight

10 is not a lot of push ups . . . 20 sit up is nought. I don't want to tell you what I do. I am over 50 years dated, but I do, at least, 200+ crunches at time. 200 is my easy daylight.

Women can do a lot more sit ups. I don't know why, but women used to pump them out when I tested them in the army. I would look for something else than sit-up. Normal situps is tough on your tail bone . . . Crunches is better.

Have hour on an exercise bike is okay. I would work towards a 60% heart tempo rate for your age group.
