Period like intuition?

I have have period approaching feelings since monday but no term. I have pallid cramping that goes away rite away. I have unprotected sex exactly 13 days ago. I took a test this morning and i come out negative. I believe it is still too untimely. Are this signs of pregnancy or it my period coming?
