Ok i hold a question going on for ovulation.......

ok ovulation is when a egg is relesed from the fallopin tubes to the utrus .and that is simply when the girl can get pregnat right? because specifically when the eggs are in the utrus . And how long is that time to find pregnat. thanks I of late finished 7 grade science

Correction: Ovulation is the time when the ovum (egg) is released from the ovary. It will then travel down the fallopian tube and into the uterine cavity. It is during the 2-3 daylight journey contained by the fallopian tube that pregnancy occurs. If the ovum meet with sperm contained by the tube, then the zygote (fertilized egg) will travel into the uterine cavity, settle into the endometrium (uterine lining) and verbs to grow. IF fertilization does not occur, later the egg will end up surrounded by the uterus, and the lining will be shed. By this point, the egg is unmoving, and cannot be fertilized.
