My wife have facial hair.how to remove it ineradicably at home?

We think my wife suffers from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and as expected as a lot of you may know that one of the side effects is facial pelt, especially around the neckline. I know this is going to nouns really bad of me self her husband, but it kind of freaks me out and bothers me lots of times..I plan, a woman isn't supposed to have dusk hair stubble on her nouns! We can't afford to get professional laser surgery, and she can't win the time off to move about to an Endocrynologist yet give or take a few her conditions.so I was wondering if in that are any at home things she can do to permanently catch rid of the hair? I've hear that they make home laser/electrolysis machines immediately, but I don't know anything about them. Thanks for any direction!

It's not permanent, but she can try wax. It lasts fairly a few weeks. It can be a bit painful at first until you catch the hang of doing it like a shot, but gets easier and smaller quantity painful.
