Can the gyn detail from the exam..?

how fertile you are? My friend's gyn told her after her manual exam that she is the most fertile woman she have seen contained by years. Is this really possible? If so, how can they tell?

When my gyn did my brochure exam.. all she said is that I call for a dang transvaginal ultrasound! grrrr.

HELP. I want to know if I'm fertile! hehe.

No, the only bearing to measure a woman's fertility is to divide the number of successful pregnancies by the number of attempts to find pregnant.

The manual exam essentially gives the examiner an hypothesis of the size and location of the uterus and possibly the ovaries.

well i have freshly went through several tests, and the doc said everything looks well brought-up but the proof is in the pudding!

I don't think they can share from an exam if you are fertile or not - there's no passageway they can look inside your ovaries in a typical checkup and I doubt that her gyn checked her hormone levels...

the gyn may enjoy meant that she be ovulating at the time; you can tell from change to the cervical mucus, although "the most fertile in years" does seem to be a bit odd...

Women who've experienced preganancy?

There is no means of access to confirm fertility by a pelvic exam. I think her doctor be joking a bit. Even next to an U/S there is no approach to determine if your tubes are patient.

Humph! I had an ob-gyn enlighten me that I'd most likely own problems conceiving due to a tipped uterus. Right. I have five kids.

the trans ultrasound doesn't hurt, I own had 5 contained by 3 months due to difficult pregnancy. NO don't think they can bring up to date.

They can tell if you'll fashion a good incubator or not - although I'm not sure they can diagnose fertility from a pelvic exam.
Ultrasounds are suitable at catching things like PCOS that might mete out fertility issues.
