i'm 14 and have had my interval for about 2 years and i want to start using a tampon now because i use a wipe and it soaks right through to my pants! eveyone tells populace how to put it on but they tell them with adjectives these big words and i dont get wat they are saying! pleeze help out!

tampons come with instructions and diagrams on how to put them in. if adjectives else fails have your mom oblige you..i know its a little embarrassing but after the first time you'll be capable of get it by yourself.
but if you want to do it yourself, put one foot up on the toilet, and have a tampon all set. use the tampon to try and find the opening of your vagina...you'll now when you find it. push the tampon surrounded by angled back,and when your fingers get to your vaginal initial, push the tampon in by pressing the bottom of the applicator up. and then you in recent times pull the applicator out, and youre done!
