Health foods...anorexia...bulemi...

my friend is tell me how self concious she is of her body lately.
and i know shes the one that wouldnt guzzle if she didnt want to.
and ive made her eat some days.

but this is what she eat everymorning around 7am
"for breakfast, i always other eat this.. its a unbroken wheat wrap, cut up bananas, peanut butter, half apple// and similar to make it a wrap"

next she goes the together school daytime without ingestion because she said if she eats lunch, liek a sandwhich she feel so full she might throw up.

she shes waits until more or less 2:45pm to eat
" a dish entry of some tomatoes & fetacheese and these like vigour food baked pita chips "

and then she have some peanuts.

and i dont think any dinner.


someone endow with me a good origin why this isnt healthy.
and what she can do instead.

shes be doing this for a week and a half..and working out. and shes not seeing a difference. and shes not glad with herself. shes not even that plump. shes not even chubby. just love handle and stuff.advice?
