16 almost 17 and it seems similar to i havent grown since age 11, im female and i hear girls stop growing at 16,
i want to be put on HGH to grow
anything... this is shorter than short, almost dwarf height, merely one inch close to dwarf

I am a kinda tall guy (6'2), and I don't have a sneaking suspicion that that there is anything wrong beside short women. As a matter of reality, I have other been more attracted to shorter, cute women that aren't bean pole skinny. And by the agency, 4"11 is not that short for a woman, in my humble feelings. Don't get stalled with modern qualifiers. Society merely loves the tall, model approaching women who are 5'10 and 100lbs. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and most of it radiate from within.

Get lots of sleep (you grow surrounded by your sleep), get lots of calcium, put away protein. Talk to your doctor if you're worried that you have a stunted growth or something.

GH only works during your growing years to treat HGH lesser amount...this is a hormone naturally produced by your pituitary. So if you have a problem you could get it prescribed by a Dr. but but for, sorry but its just inheritance and you'll just own to learn to adopt your height.
