That's a bit unhealthy to lose that much freight in a short amount of time. I would right to be heard 7-10 lbs. would be okay. You're only 15 and losing that much bulk in such a short term of time can be very detrimental to your body. The BEST thing to do is drink 3 meals a hours of daylight with lofty fiber, low fat and low calories. Try to cut posterior (not OUT) sweets (ice cream, cookies, cakes) and replace those with "healthier" sweet foods. You should also try to increase your movement level by doing at lowest possible 30 minutes of some type of exercise everyday.

20 lbs may be too much to quick, and dangerous to your strength. Weight Watchers worked well for me, and I lost more or less 15lbs in a moment or two over a month. (I lost 30lbs total on the program) I would have probably lost it faster if I worked out beside the diet.
