Don't progress with the pluses unless you own a heavy flow. Removing a dry tampon is bleeding! Go and buy the "slim", "light", or "teen" versions

It will be easier to insert if you are relaxed. You need to buy a smaller size beside low absorbancy so it won't be so dry and hard to put within.Just sit on the toilet and put it in the vent and then extremely gently and slowly push it put money on and tilted upwards just slightly.
