I'm 26 and in pretty pious health. I can manifestly afford to lose some weight, but I'm not obese or anything. Lately my gone knee have been hurting when I way of walking (not so bad) and when I sit up and down or try to put it up, it hurts really bad. I have a 10 month older son and as you can imagine I'm constantly up and down on the floor chasing my crawling kid. If I sit on the floor with him, I have need of to pull myself up on something straight to avoid the excrutiating pain. I'm thinking I probably newly need to excercise more, I haven't have much time since my son was born. Any thoughts?

You may enjoy arthritis or some other problem. The best solution would be to see a Orthopedic Physician. Women's bodies change contained by so many ways and places after we enjoy babies. I also have a ten month out-of-date (COOL) and after she was born my knees hurt so doomed to failure for months, I think because of the pushing, but it be so bad!
Anyway it is probably similar to early arthritis or something. I would jump to the regular dr first, there is such point as juvenile arthritis but I know that doesn't pertain to you. If it still hurts like that contained by a week I would make an appointment.
