Is there such item as a pill that helps regulate your spell and helps near cramps etc. that is not a birth control pill? If I take on birth control, it will go against adjectives of my beliefs.

No, merely the birth control pill does that. By the way, the birth control pill does NOTHING for cramps. That's a myth. I enjoy been on the pill for 14 years and it have done nothing for my cramps.By the instrument, 98% of birth control users take the pill for reason other than birth control. They use it for hormonal imbalance (period regulation) and PCOS. That is why I have be using it. I don't use it for birth control.
Also if using protection against unintended pregnancy is against your beliefs, I don't know what you're thinking. The pill does not give anyone "permission" to enjoy sex. Most girls and women on the pill don't have sex.
theres one that help with cramps but will not regulate your term. they anounce it on tv i forgot what its called but also advil is right for cramps. go to a walgreens or something and ask the they will agree to you know i think its call mydol but i dont remember that well
