How can i switch from the birth control patch to the pill? Now Im on my no patch week, how can i switch?

It is NOT advisable to skip your extent repeatedly while on tri-phasic pills like Tri-Cyclen. This is because the body requirements to purge periodically. So regrettably, it probably would NOT be a good belief to do this a second time in a row.

Maybe instead of no sex, try using a product call Instead SoftCups. They tout (aside from the obvious sanitary menstrual protection) "verbs sex." Its worth looking into.

doctors recommend you not use a triphasic pill to skip periods. once is ok, but not on a regular cause. if you want to consistently skip them, you should switch to a diff pill. word of caution, i switched to seasonale for 9 months and gain weight. explicitly the only pill i've ever gain weight on surrounded by 10 years. talk to your doc nearly it for the best advice.
