Answers: its not just determined by your mother. look at adjectives the women in your family. you didnt read aloud if you know any of your other family or not. but if you do look at your grandparents or cousins ect.
also, 34b is pretty average for your age. your breasts can continue to grow until you are 18 even. so i wouldnt be worried too much that your boobs are going to stop growing anytime soon.
and no its not true that 2years after your time of year your boobs stop growing. not sure who told you that. thats weird.
The development of your breasts doesn't certainly stop until you are 25 years old - and after that they will change along next to your body fat, pregnancy, etc.
There isn't much you can do about it really, though staying at a thriving weight will always serve. Breasts are mostly fat, so getting fatter will make your boobs even bigger than they would inherently be.
