Severe shoulder spasm?

hi, i know that in the begining of pregnancy shoulder cramp can indicate an ectopic pregnancy and major problems.
but i'm 35 weeks pregnant and for days gone by month or so i have have a very sore throbbing in my departed shoulder, like around the shoulder blade nouns.
i was concered and saw a doctor who advise it just be a muscular pain and would travel away but this was 3 weeks ago and the throbbing is still as bad save worse.
i have my docs tomorrow again and i will ask in the order of it but i was only wondering, if anyone else has experienced this, could it merely be a nerve or something ?

let try to answer this. a nerve agony would not just be one nouns. like your "shoulder blade". the nerves contained by that area would run down one arm totally to the finger u would have pains.

as far as the gone side, worst case scenario could be a heart attack, but unless u own severe pain, shortness of breath, sweating, dizzizness, nausea, and only just general unpromising bad sick notion.... its probably not a heart attack.

is there anything u could hold done to exersice that area overly? carring a purse too long on that side adjectives day.... or picking something up on that side.... or sleeping funny?
if in that's a yes there it would nouns muscular to me.
