Cervix coloration?

Is it true that a woman's cervix turns a blue or purple color when she is pregnant? Wouldn't a doctor be able to see this when doing a pap smear?
Answers:

How do you know if your term is too heavy?

Yes, the bluish discoloration of the cervix is a very well known phenomenon call "Chadwick's sign." But as the previous respondent said, it is an extremely subtle color change resulting from hormonal change. You may also noticed a softening of the cervix (Goodell's sign), and darken of the nipples (also from hormonal changes).

The physician may or may not notice the tuning. Every woman's cervix responds to pregnancy differently and the discoloration may be subtle enough to overlook.

Help Please!?

Yes, but it's a subtle make over, not a dramatic change, and it isn't consistent.

Period over time off?

Now that a new one.
Looks approaching it you fell for it.
You would have to know the color from several observations.
It does not make any sense " Why run the urine trial if a quick ocular was a interview ". Human tissue turning blue is gangrene.
Silly nonsense !!
