It can hurt you if it isn't at smallest half course full. Give it a couple of hours the first day and consequently more like 3 to 4 hours the subsequent day. Don't maintain putting them in and taking them out. That's not exactly good for you.

You can hold changing tampons but should one and only need to do it every 3 or 4 hours, depending on you flow. If you are have heavy period, then use a maxi tampon. It won't verbs your insides out just be sure to be calmly, perhaps do it surrounded by the bath if you hold a hard time getting a partially filled one out.

plus, its a squander of tampons, it seems sketchy to hold on to hurrying off to the bathroom, its is time consuming
