Nipple discharge?

how prehistoric are you? if you are fairly youthful (your body is still getting used to the idea of person an ovulating female, usually below 20) or you are older (like me, 40-something) and your body is getting geared up to stop being an ovulating feminine, you could be just one of the lucky ones whose hormone level are all over the map. that would explain the irregular period and/or unusually long period after seeming to miss one, and would especially also explain the bloating and bulk gain and constipation.

As to the bloating and constipation aside from the menstruation, bloating+constipation are often hand-in-hand. Eat more coarse fruits and vegetables, drink more water and smaller amount caffeine. Get exercise. Lose the chocolates and fatty foods (burgers, chips, fries) that all tend to constipate you (and which hold tons of calories). Bloating and constipation are often your body's path of yelling at you for drinking like a troll and for sitting around similar to a potted plant. So is gaining cargo, of course.

There can other be all kind of scary things that could be up in your body (cancer or non-cancerous tumors, endomitriosis, etc, etc) but you'd feasible have other worrisome symptoms so please don't freak out and go underwater to the conclusion that you're seriously ill.

Do a mental check of risk factor:

- are you sexually active? does anything save for a condom-covered penis enter your vagina? in other words, any chance of a STD or some other quality of infection? If you are sexually active (with a boy or a girl or whatever) and don't hold a gynecologist that you trust, now would be a angelic time to look.

- if you are bleeding, then you are probably not pregnant -- any more if you be, or never at all. but again, check your risk factor. if you had unprotected sex next to a male, you might hold actually be pregnant for a week or two, and your body just did not hold onto that fertilized egg for some common sense. I believe a pregnancy test could still detect hcg (pregnancy hormone) if you 'be' pregnant but aren't anymore, if the test is done sort of quickly after otherwise no longer man pregnant. Get a $15 home pregnancy test. They're rather accurate, and no one wants to know but you. If you test even slightly pink (some test turn from blue to pink, some have "minus" sign that turns to a "plus" sign), afterwards go so a doctor.

- i f you only just had some gentle of birth control implant (hormone lower than your skin, IUD in your uterus), your body could still be adjusting to this unknown situation. You typically can't get any of that stuff on the street, so turn back to your doctor.

In standard, take a adjectives breath, take really virtuous care of your body by consumption well and getting regular exercise, and things should sort themselves out. But sure never be afraid to go ask a doctor if something lately doesn't seem right. Our bodies are amazing things; sometimes your brain 'senses' something is wrong even if your conscious mind can't articulate what that might be. Erring on the side of caginess does not make you a hypochondriac!
