What are symptoms associated beside IBS, Irritable bowel syndrome?

The other night I have excrutiating stomach cramps. I felt similar to I had gas too but I couldn't surpass it. I had nausea and vomitted once (that made the cramps better). I did not enjoy diarrhea. The cramps started out mild and progressed to very bleak within two hours and last about 3 hours after that. This happen once before a year ago and I go to the ER thinking it was my appendix. After anyone tested for a ct scan for appendix and ovaries, the ER doc sent me home with a diagnosis of cramps next to no named do and a prescription of bentyl. I had some pills gone so I took one and I guess it helped becuase my cramps go away. This was two night ago. I have one and only had mild cramps (like a dull agony that moves around, not always contained by the same place) If the cramps come stern I plan on making an appointment. I want to ask the doc all the right question. Does it sound close to it could be IBS so I can inquire about it?

Polycystic ovaries?

That sounds close to IBS. My unle, two aunts, cousin and my close friend all own this problem. They will start out feeling gassy, but it won't leave behind and then they capture a bloated feeling, finally they own the diarrhea and then they bring really constipated for a few days and not even fiber or laxatives will make the problem completely be in motion away. I'd ask the doctor if she can schedule for the audition for it.

Periods? totm?

Cramping as well as abdominal twinge can be symptoms of IBS. Constipation and diarrhea are also related to IBS. Some women have a mixture of both while others enjoy one or the other.

I would recommend that you have an evaluation by a gastroenterologist (drs who treat problems of the stomach and instestines).

Funny moments beside your bra?

Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or IBS, is a condition characterized by:

* Excess gas
* Cramping and abdominal pain
* Painful diarrhea and/or constipation
* Bloating
* Chronic constipation, chronic diarrhea, or a combination of both
* Mucus in bowel movements
* An urge to have a bowel movement lacking success

This condition can be quite difficult to diagnose because in that are no indications presented with a standard colon nouns. Rather, the doctor must rely entirely upon the medical history provided by the patient.
