I think I messed up near the NUVA RING...HELP?

First let me vote I wore the Nuva Ring about this time final year for a while and it went fine, consequently I went rotten of it completely and started the pill last June. Jan. this year I run out of the pill and didn't get it re-filled. I granted to go rear on the ring, I called my doc and she call in the ring to my pharmacist (me thinking I remembered how to wear it) I have started my period Feb. 8 and it done on the 11th so I put in the ring on Feb. 12 and I be thinking I should wear it until I start again but I haven't yet. I be scheduled to start Mar. 8. I am worried I did it wrong. Should I hold only wore it for 3 weeks, took it out for a week regardless if I started nonetheless or not? I am so confused, I have be having sex this entire time (no extra method) I be searching Nuva Ring websites but I can't find anything. Help please. Thanks.

Yes you should enjoy done 3 weeks in and a 1 week out. Taking it out would effect you to bleed.

I'm not real sure. I would pocket that ring out and put a new one surrounded by...........but I'm not a Dr so give the department a call and see what they suggest.
