What's the best menstral cramp nouns?

I have to shift on an interview tomorrow and I have my extent. I don't want to act resembling a bh because of the pain of my cramps, and the horrible headache I get. besides taking tablets, what can I do to relieve these symtoms?

Unfortunately the only nouns I know for all those symptoms is medication. I like pamprin, because it does not hold caffeine, so there is no jitters after taking it, and it help all symptoms even the b**chiness. Good luck, I hope you grasp the job!

There is a warmth patch you can buy at the pharmacy. It is self adhesive and you apply it to your lower tummy or back, where the pain is. It stays melt for 8 hours and does not show under clothing, unless the clothes are exceptionally tight, which you would not want to wear to an interview, anyway.

I also suffer from focal cramping and other PMS symptoms. What worked for me was....Naproxen. Midol is also positive. Take a nice hot bath while the pills is taking affect and drink lots of water. Light exercise can also be constructive.

Have any women had positive results?

A heat pad can be functional or even a hot water bottle. I hold one of each around my home.
