Specially for doctors(but anyone can answer)- My sister?

Ok, she has these flare ups and her throat swells up, afterwards her white blood count gets glorious. Then after these "flare ups" it lowers. We've tried all kind of medication (about 17) and she's allergic to ALL of them. She also has a problem w\ her bladder where on earth it swells up and the vanes go crazy. Please make clear to me if you know anything. Here's all that happen...

oAdverse reactions to medications
oExtreme fatigue
oDifficulty sleeping
oAchy joint
oDifficulty losing weight (gains counterweight easily)
oExtreme mood swings (especially 3 days before and during period) severe depression, rageful
oIrregular menstrual cycle 2 period a month
oNausea
oAnxiety
oSkin tags surrounded by vaginal area
oInternal shaky feeling
oFoggy headed
oHeadaches
oFacial rash
oRash when exposed to sun
oBlood in Urine

Please help me out!!

How do i know?

Ok... I am simply gonna throw this out there. When I read her symptoms I thought it might be an autoimmune disease. An autoimmune disease is when the body attacks it self. Diseases are considered autoimmune when they are characterized by unrelenting progressive tissue harmed with an unknown, or verifiable etiology (or reason). These diseases hold flare ups. And during a flare up the person experiences low order fevers, malaise, or fatigue.I am NOT a doctor but those symtoms do nouns like they could be an autoimmune disease. I am thinking along the lines of Lupus.Lupus is characterized by hallucination, pain contained by the joints, impetuous when exposed to the sun and also a rash can develope a moment ago because. I would go to the doctor and read aloud that you want tests done to rule out an autoimmune disease. Though they are inoperable, if you are diagnosed there are ways to lend a hand with the symptoms. Please see your doctor and ask for thesis tests and I really hope you find an answer soon! Good luck!
