What is it close to when you girls first get your spell?what is it like when you hold it every month,does it hurt
I'm just curious, does it hurt to hold your period girls? I've ever really couched this before. Is it unconfortable to hold it like during class or while have P.E.? What age do you usually first get it at?

I am 14 and i stared a moment ago before i be 12. It is a shock when you first get it, but you dont bleed buckets.
Its not approaching when you have a cut, that loving of pain, but you receive awful lower tummy pains. Seriously bad stuff, i can barley way of walking ona bad time.
But you deal beside it! To start with noone talk about it, and everyone know if youd started cos you couldnt do swimming. Now everyones open around having period, and it is fine.
The only time it is especially uncomforatble for me is contained by ballet whne we wear tight costumes and do plies (bends) and stuff.
You can attain it between 9 and 16 i think, most start around 13.
