Why have I gain so much pounds?

I'm 12 and i weigh 142-147 pounds. I weigh more than my mom. I'm really healthy -I work out and get through right(I try.) But it makes me discern ashamed. I can't even fit into jeens or a bikini. Is there any thinking how I can lose weight rapid?!

okay-you're only 12, relax. deeply of this is probably just "infant fat" it will usually come off on it's own inwardly the next year. i know you said you required to loose it fast but thats not athletic and you know it. if you've been working out, you may enjoy an increase in muscle mass. muscle weighs more than tubby. continue to put away healthy. your body is still growing. bring back enough protien and vegies. pocket it easy on the carbs and second-hand goods.continue to exercise but don't jump crazy. walking or playing soccer or basketball is good. above adjectives, don't feel ashamed. in attendance isn't anything to be ashamed of. you're young. don't spill out into the media hype around the way girls/women should look. it's adjectives crap. just stay nourishing. remember that you are beautiful no event what.

how tall r u, what's ur work out approaching, and what r u eating? i'm 20, 5'4 and 132lb. i work out/lift weights for 2 hrs (used to turn rock climbing for 4 hrs), and eat mostly rice, veggies, and fruit. drink lots of sea, and snack on carrot sticks. try to cut out sweets/junk food/sodas.
