Severe head strain during sex?

This sounds absurd, but it have happened a few times over the recent past couple years. During orgasm, I get a severe anguish in my guide - its so bad I assume my head is going to explode. I told my OB/GYN and she have never heard of such a entry. Anyone experience this, and have you be told what causes it?
