What is a sanitary belt? We don't hold them here!?

Can anyone tell me more or less sanitary belts? they don't have those within my country, and they look like they would be horrible! And the pics i've see of the pads that run with them look worse, resembling huge bulky things!
We have the type that stick to the crotch panel of your panties, these can be bought next to or without wing that fold under to save them in place. They're not partially as thick and bulky, and are super leaky, even the ultra thin ones.
I've also read something like cloth pads that you dry-clean and re-use? That sounds pretty gross.
Could someone explain to me how the sanitary belts work, and what they're like to use?
Also, pics would be nice, of the untested type and the new lace ones i've hear about?
Thanks guys!

Simply put, a sanitary belt is an pliant device with clips that attach to the tab of a disposable sanitary napkin.

These devices have long since be out of use in plentiful places, since innovations such as adhesive disposable maxi pad have become popular.

Having have to use them personally (it be all the hospital have when my son was born), I can share you they're not all that horrible, though they can be mortified and they don't keep the wipe from slipping around as would a regular pair of underpants.

Physical woman symptoms. I want serious answers please?

I wasn't aware that anyone still uses those. I know they did a long time ago, when my mom was a youngster (1950s), but I think the self-adhesive maxipads hold been within exclusive use at least since the 70s. Only in diminutive, third world countries can I imagine sanitary belts or cloths human being used.

I have one breast bigger than the other?

Women wore commercial belts at smallest from the latter part of the nineteenth century (the earliest poster the museum has is an American one dated 1891). Because self-adhesive pad became available singular in the untimely 1970s, if women used pads, they have to wear belts, suspenders, "sanitary panties," (underpants with hooks or tab or something else to hold the pad contained by place) - or invent some way of getting the wipe to stay in place.

Why are some women afraid of lifting weights?

The physical answer is they still use them in hospitals after you enjoy a baby it is a belt that gos around the excess and in between your legs that you attach a full-size pad to it is more convenient after you enjoy a baby you dont where on earth under wear because of the swelling and cramps also the doctor is other checking you down there it is also upright for people who enjoy a sea paragraph and have stitches

How big can your breast obtain?

A sanitary belt was awfully light weightiness, and looked very much close to today's thongs. I remember them well, and am glad women started moving into corporate America. They made some change that are much appreciated by the female consumer!
