Does DIET effect your menstrual cycle?

First of all, I don't think I am pregnant (always a possibility, though). I am a couple days unpaid for my period...but contained by the past month my husband and I did a pretty intense detox. One year fasting beside 14 days entirely whole foods. (No meat, dairy, ANYthing processed) I am of late wondering if this could have disrupted my cycle?
Answers:

Why is it that everytime I work out on a consistent justification I feel sick? I draw from nauseous and even tired at times

it probably could own, it's better if you check with your ob-gyn though.

I started my time of year 3 years ago, and I've never ever had a cramp up to that time?

Yes. Not receiving the nutrients your body wishes can disrupt your cycle.

Why is my period overdue? could i be pregnant?

Yes, actually it does. I lost a bunch of solidity over a period of time and as I kept losing it, my cycles go haywire!!
See my pic? Used to be 200lbs few years back. Not anymore.

Good luck, stay vigorous!!

I have have sex on many times.. but im still unsure if i hold orgasmed, wat r the feelings?

it could. when you are loosing blood during menstruation your body produces more blood cell to compensate for the loss. an important component surrounded by certain foods that will support your body produce more blood cells is iron. iron also serves another purpose contained by the blood. it has a role surrounded by making hemoglobin, part of the red blood cell, which supplies oxygen to the body.
try eating more iron-rich foods like
meats(fish, red meats), eggs, green leafy veggies, dried fruit, nuts, peanut butter, and grains
if this does not comfort in regulating your cycle, speak to your doctor
