Getting your nipples pierced is not effected by the size of your breast (in that bigger does not equal more torment or anything like that).

Nipple piercing does hurt a bit, but remember - it is a piercing. They restore to health pretty quickly and are GREAT once they are heal (ask my wife, and I like mine pretty very well, too). Little tip on nipple piercings, though: Get some lansinoh cream - it's aloe/lanolin cream for breastfeeding mothers - it keeps the nipple nouns hydrated and supple - good things for medicinal a piercing.

As far as "clit" piercing - understand that 99% of "clit" piercings are not in actuality through the clitoris, they're through the hood of skin above the clitoris. They can be horizontally or vertically, and you'll want to research which one would be best for your anatomy. There is also a piercing called a "triangle" which go through the hood, but underneath the clitoris piercing - a little more invasive, but possibly more what you want.

In the end - do some research - check out www.tribalectic.com and www.bmezine.com to see some examples of your intended piercings.

Sexually orient piercings are hot, and they make you discern very confident contained by bed, so if you're considering it, I would recommend it, for sure.
