Diet Question...?

I'm 17 and I think my mum think I am losing weight to at a rate of knots.
I've never been over cargo but I still would like to lose a few!

Last year my eatting and exercise pattern were pretty doomed to failure. This year I've been concentrating on only being thriving. I've been exercising reasonably a bit and eatting ok, but better than previously.

My mum has be commenting lately that i've lost a lot of freight (i'm still in the thriving weight range).

I've notice lately that she has put on a bit of counterweight (she would be considered underweight, but because of her recent coeliacs diagnosis she has put on possibly 5kgs)

Anyway, since my mum have been commenting more or less my weight she have started offering and giving me sugary and fatty foods, rather than the fruit and veges I would as a rule be given.

Do you think my mum is trying to trademark herself feel better almost her small weight gain? Or something else?

Thanks

No diet should be started without consulting beside your doctor first.Fad diets are not the way to jump as you are probably aware. To lose your weight and declare it requires you to make lifestyle change.I think your mom would touch better if the doctor confirmed that your weight loss is inside the healthy selection.I'm sure you have read my answers concerning bulk and body image so you know how I perceive on that subject. Your mother loves you and wants to know that you are not going to extremes. With regard to her offering you sugary and/or fatty foods just say" no gratefulness, I prefer a piece of fruit, raw vegetables, fish etc." Maybe you could serve your mom make up a shopping index. In my family their is a predisposition for diabetes so my daughters are fairly aware of the importance of diet and fitness.Good strength and fitness work hand contained by hand and require a lifetime commitment. Sometimes, when individuals indulge in conduct they feel guilty in the order of, e.g., enjoying poorly food, they like to own an accomplice. The dynamics are comradery and distributed guilt.

Do you do any of the cooking or purchasing? You could volunteer, to manufacture some great healthy meal. It could also be a challenge, to find glowing substitutes for those sugary and fatty foods.
