How long after nuvaring out should interval start?

I took my nuvaring out on the 21st and I still have have no period...I am worried. I own had nuvaring for 3 months everytime my time of year came inwardly a day of taking out the ring. Should I be worried give or take a few being pregnant?

for the first girl who answered this: you can't really clutch what people voice on here about pregnancy while on nuvaring to heart. they may hold used it improperly, it may not own been stored correctly, may enjoy fallen out etc. Nuvaring is AS effectual as the pill: 99%

As for periods, you should acquire it within a couple days of removal. I would read out if you dont get it by tomorrow, bear a pregnancy test only just to check. If it's negative later you can relax. Your body might just be getting used to the ring still. When I first go on the pill I was that instrument, sometimes I would get no time at all between pack. good luck, I'm sure it's nought hun.

Plz suggest some exercise to grow longer..?

It's possible, but my period starts anywhere from 2 hours to 2 1/2 days after taking it out. Give it another day or so. I own to say, I am starting to take nervous beside all of the folks getting pregnant on Nuvaring. Maybe I need to switch to a different method!
