What is the best birth control to take?

Answers:    Well, everyone reacts differently to different brands of bcps- but I prefer Yasmin. I've tried many, and it is by far my favorite! It hasn't given me any side effects like weight gain, nausea or headaches. It's also great for clearing your skin, an added bonus. Overall, I'd definitely recommend!.
It all depends on what is convenient for you, if you forget things easily- avoid the pill! If you just want something to take care of weekly, the patch, or the ring may be better for you. If you want something less frequent, but are ok with some side effects like weight gain and irregular periods, go with Depo- Provera injection. If your looking for something long term, but reversible, go with the IUD, the copper one, Paraguard lasts up to 12 years, and the mirena lasts up to 5 years. Paraguard has no hormones if you are sensitive to them or have health problems where you cannot take progesterone(female hormone) An infant in the house.

If you want to make sure it's effective, get twins or triplets.

Ain't no new babies with that going on.
