Rly fruitless periods plz assistance !!?

hi well im 14 , 15 within october n iv had my time for a year and a half and for the first partially yr to yr it was alrite but its get rly bad very soon. its rly heavy and gooey and i achieve thru so many pad i change roughly speaking every hour or two coz otherwise i will b uncomfortable or slick. as if thats not bad ample i feel surely sick to the stomach and hav cramps but not as bad as the fancy sick. my periods r awful they r ruining my go and i dont no wat to do plz help me !!

You should go to your doctor, I have that same issue with really aching cramps and I went on birth control pills to regulate my time, it makes it lighter and the cramps aren't as desperate. I use both tampons and pads and I used to enjoy to change them that much too. When I go on the pill my periods get lighter. I have other seen that painkillers designed for "cramps" don't work for me.
