Lately, I've been wake up with an tender uterus (like the cramps you feel right up to that time you're period) however, I already had my time this month, it was roughly speaking 10 days ago. I have no other PMS symptoms, merely the cramps. I'm pretty concerned and I'm not able to call in a doctor anytime soon because I'm out of the country. Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure you are notion ovulation cramps. The average monthly cycle lasts 30 days. One mostly ovulates 10-15 days into the cycle. A lot of people can quality the cramping from the ovary releasing the egg. I can, I can usually tell which ovary is working that finicky month.
